How fast can we go live?+
Standard implementation is 8 to 12 weeks. With active participation and limited initial integrations, we can accelerate to 4 to 8 weeks. Straightforward programs have gone live in four weeks.
How much does SourceNow cost?+
Nothing to you. Our fee, typically 2 to 3%, is retained from staffing agency invoices. You pay no software license, no implementation fee, no integration fee, and no ongoing support fee. Most programs see a net reduction in total contingent labor spend within the first year.
If agencies pay for it, won't they raise my rates?+
The fee comes out of the existing margin agencies earn on your bill rates, not on top of it. We typically renegotiate your bill rates downward as part of implementation, so total spend goes down even after the fee is accounted for.
Are integrations included or extra?+
All integrations are included at no additional cost, covering design, build, testing, and maintenance. That includes Workday, UKG, Paylocity, ADP, Bullhorn, Oracle, QuickBooks, Power BI, and Tableau.
Is there a minimum spend or a long-term contract?+
